He is an author among other publications of two legal commentaries (books) concerning Czech Public Procurement Act (published in the years 2013 and 2016) and he also wrote a unique publication on litigation in public procurement (2018).<br>He is quite frequent lecturer concerning public contracts at home and abroad.<br>He is also a Czech correspondent for European Procurement &amp; Public Private Partnerships Law Review (English written academic journal dedicated to public procurement based in Berlin).<br>His mother tongue is Czech and he speaks fluent English.
